The purpose of monitoring and recording calls is to:

  • Ensure that our representatives are providing accurate information and delivering quality service.

  • Use recorded calls as a training tool for our representative to improve their performance.

  • Resolve disputes and address any issues that may arise during a call.


By agreeing to these terms before check out and continuing with a call to Need a Friendly, you agree to have your call monitored and recorded for these purposes. Please note that any personal information collected during the call will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

Refund/ Cancellation Policy


We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution for you. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding our cancellation policy.

How to cancel your session: 

  1. Login to your Need A Friendly account.

  2. If you have a session booked, head to My Bookings>Reschedule>Cancel 

How to reschedule your session: 

  1. Login to your Need A Friendly account.

  2. If you have a session booked, head to My Bookings>Reschedule>Reschedule

How to cancel your subscription:

  1. Login to your Need A Friendly account.

  2. If you have a subscription, head to My Subscriptions>Cancel 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible or do so through your Need A Friendly account. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

1. We will be sure to call the number provided in your booking at least 3 times if you are unable to pick up. We will send an email reminder that we tried reaching you and to reschedule. If a cancellation or reschedule is not requested within 72 hours of the reminder email, we will continue with payment processing.

2. If you cancel a subscription-based plan, it will still remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Any unused sessions can still be used for that month. 

3. Unused sessions will not roll over into the next month. 

4. Refund requests are only allowed for missed appointments/bookings.

Code of Ethics 

As a coach, I am committed to upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. My coaching practice is guided by the following principles:

  1. Confidentiality: I will maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared by the client during coaching sessions, unless disclosure is required by law or if there is an imminent risk of harm to the client or others.

  2. Respect: I will treat all clients with respect, dignity, and empathy, regardless of their background, beliefs, or values. I will honor the client's autonomy and right to self-determination.

  3. Non-judgment: I will refrain from passing judgment on the client's thoughts, feelings, or actions. I will create a safe and non-judgmental space where the client feels comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions.

  4. Professionalism: I will conduct myself in a professional manner at all times, adhering to ethical standards and boundaries. I will avoid engaging in any behavior that could compromise the integrity of the coaching relationship.

  5. Competence: I will continuously strive to improve my coaching skills and knowledge through ongoing education, training, and supervision. I will only offer coaching services within the scope of my expertise and experience.

  6. Conflict of Interest: I will disclose any potential conflicts of interest to the client and refrain from engaging in any activities that could impair my ability to act in the client's best interests.

  7. Informed Consent: I will ensure that the client fully understands the coaching process, including its benefits, limitations, and any associated risks. I will obtain informed consent from the client before commencing coaching sessions.

  8. Boundaries: I will establish clear boundaries with clients to maintain a professional coaching relationship. I will refrain from engaging in dual relationships that could compromise the integrity of the coaching process.

  9. Feedback: I will provide honest and constructive feedback to the client, always focusing on their growth and development. I will encourage open communication and dialogue throughout the coaching journey.

  10. Continued Commitment: I am committed to upholding these ethical principles and fostering a coaching relationship that is based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.

Coaching Agreement

This coaching agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the coaching relationship between [Coach's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Coach") and [Client's Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Client"). 

1. Coaching Services:

  • The Coach agrees to provide coaching services to the Client, which may include but are not limited to individual coaching sessions, goal setting, action planning, and accountability.

2. Duration and Frequency:

  • The coaching relationship will commence on [start date] and will continue for a period of [number] weeks/months, unless terminated earlier by mutual agreement.

  • Coaching sessions will be held [frequency], either in person, over the phone, or via video conferencing, as agreed upon by both parties.

3. Fees:

  • The Client agrees to pay the Coach the agreed-upon fee of [amount] for the coaching services.

  • Payment is due monthly in advance of each coaching session.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • The Client agrees to provide at least [number] hours of notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of coaching sessions.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Confidentiality:

  • Both the Coach and the Client agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information shared during coaching sessions, unless disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons.

6. Boundaries:

  • Both parties agree to establish clear boundaries to maintain a professional coaching relationship. This includes refraining from engaging in any form of dual relationship that could compromise the integrity of the coaching process.

7. Termination:

  • Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time, for any reason, by providing written notice to the other party.

  • In the event of termination, any fees paid for future coaching sessions will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
